the topic of a previous Public Hearing but at a different location along Pearland Parkway.
This is another 10 -foot portion of sewer easement that is no longer needed due to the
expansion of Pearland Parkway. This easement runs through the Lakes at Highland
Glen Subdivision. Public Works has stated this easement is no longer necessary and
has approved the abandonment.
CITIZEN COMMENTS: None.
