PERSONS WISHING TO SPEAK FOR THE PROPOSED REQUEST Carol Organ, 1204 Westchester, owner of home at 2745 Westchester Circle, addressed Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission stating that she was in favor of these properties being zoned Single Family Dwelling District (R-1); PERSONS WISHING TO SPEAK AGAINST THE PROPOSED REQUEST None. PERSONS WISHING TO SPEAK AGAINST THE PROPOSED REQUEST The following individuals addressed Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission stating their opposition to the properties being zoned General Business (GB) Kenneth McConnell, 2845 Westchester; Diana Hamm, 2726 Westchester; David Hamm, 2726 Westchester; Linda Bibbs , 2701 Westchester; Lorene Llewellyn, 2749 Westchester; Greg Collins, Westchester; Chau Phan, 2750 Westchester, Jack McGuff, 2811 Westchester; and Sharon, 2810 Westchester. COUNCIL/PLANNING COMMISSION/STAFF DISCUSSION Councilmembers discussed the proposed uses of properties.
