A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing a
contract addendum with Mobile Modular Management Corporation for the
extension of a modular trailer lease agreement associated with the Hillhouse
Road Service Center, in the amount of $52,920.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City council previously authorized a lease agreement for modular
trailers at the Hillhouse Service Center.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the extension of a lease agreement in
the amount of $52,920.20.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a contract
addendum with Mobile Modular Management Corporation.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 8th day of June, A.D., 2020.
