A request by Jody Herrera, applicant for approval of a Variance Permitted in Section
2.2.5.2 (a)(4), of the Unified Development Code, Ordinance No. 2000-T, to reduce the
minimum lot width from 70 feet to 50 feet for Lots 17 and 18A, Block 1, Section 2,
Clear Creek Estates, to reduce the minimum lot area from 7,000 square feet to 5,250
square feet for Lot 17 and to reduce the minimum lot area from 7,000 square feet to
5,500 square feet for Lot 18A located on .121 acres of land north and west of the
