AN ORDINANCE VACATING, CLOSING AND ABANDONING A CERTAIN
TEMPORARY EASEMENT, AT EAST END OF QUEEN VICTORIA DRIVE
IN BANBURY CROSS II
WHEREAS, the City Council has received the request of BANBURY
CROSS, LTD. for abandonment of a temporary easement, specifically
described as Exhibits 1, 2, 3, and 4; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS:
Section 1. The City Council finds and determines that
public convenience and necessity does not require the retention of
that certain temporary easement which is particularly described as
Exhibits 1, 2, 3, and 4, annexed hereto and incorporated herein for
all purposes.
Section 2. That this certain temporary easement fully
described as Exhibits 1, 2, 3, and 4, are hereby VACATED, CLOSED
and ABANDONED by the City of Pearland, Texas.
Section 3. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute,
and the City Secretary to attest, all documents necessary to give
effect to this Ordinance.
Section 4. A certified copy of this Ordinance recorded in
the official records of Brazoria County, Texas, shall constitute
notice of this action of the City Council.
