A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, amending a
contract with EHT Engineering, for engineering design services associated
with the Bailey Water Plant Project, in the additional amount of$152,850.00
(total contract amount of$525,310.00).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That a contract for engineering design services was previously awarded to
EHT Engineering.
Section 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute an
amended contract for engineering design services associated with the Bailey Water Plant Project.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 25th day of November, A.D., 2019.
