The tract has approximately, 100 foot of frontage by approximately 400 foot, and a home is an allowed use. Project Coordinator, Alan Mueller, stated that this particular type of business is not specified on the chart. The closest use to an Air Conditioning business is a plumbing shop which does require a Commercial Zone.
