Corte, owner, for an amendment to the Land Use and Urban Development Ordinance of said City from Classification Suburban Development District (SD) to Light Industrial District (M-1) on the following described property, to -wit: Lot B of the Westgate Park Subdivision, recorded in Volume 16, Pages 320 and 321 of the Plat Records of Brazoria County, Texas. Assistant City Manager Richard Burdine advised the property was vacant. ADJOURNMENT The public hearing adjourned at 6:50 p.m. APPLICATION NO. 126 CALL TO ORDER P & Z Vice Chairman Pat Lopez read the purpose of the public hearing into the record. PURPOSE OF HEARING - APPLICATION NO. 126 Request of Ronnie P. Moeller, owner, for an amendment to the Land Use and Urban Development Ordinance of said City from Classification Suburban Development District (SD) to Light Industrial (M-1) on the following described property, to -wit: Lot D, Westgate Park Subdivision, Brazoria County, Texas (2622 Westgate Drive) 46 PERSONS WISHING TO SPEAK FOR THE PROPOSED REQUEST Ronnie Moeller, 3547 West Sterling Drive, addressed the Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission and advised he and his Father own the building on this property. The businesses in the building is a company that modifies cars, a grouting company and another company does walk-in coolers and another space is being negotiated . The building is about two years old and Ronnie Moeller would like to keep the property Light Industry. PERSONS WISHING TO SPEAK AGAINST THE PROPOSED REQUEST None. Survey, A-243, recorded in Volume 2, Page 23 of the Plat Records of Brazoria County, Texas (8013 Broadway) Assistant City Manager Richard Burdine presented the location of the proposed zone change. PERSONS WISHING TO SPEAK FOR THE PROPOSED REQUEST Emil Hrbeck, 8013 Broadway, owner, addressed the Council and Planning and Zoning 147 Commission and advised they had been living there since 1974 and to please change from a (SD) to a (111).
