MINUTES OF A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS,
HELD ON MAY 12,1997,6:30 P.M., IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL,

record.

and Urban Development Ordinance of said City from Classification
Suburban Development District (SD) to General Business (GB) on the
following described property, to -wit:

Ronnie Moeller, 3547 West Sterling Drive, addressed the Council and the Planning
and Zoning Commission and advised he and his Father own the building on this
property. The businesses in the building is a company that modifies cars, a grouting
company and another company does walk-in coolers and another space is being
negotiated . The building is about two years old and Ronnie Moeller would like to
keep the property Light Industry.
