R2005-97 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS, CONSENTING TO AN APPLICATION FOR DUAL CERTIFICATION ASSOCIATED WITH THE CERTIFICATE OF CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY FOR BRAZORIA COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 21. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: Section 1. That the City Council hereby consents to the application for dual certification, as depicted in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, associated with the Certificate of Convenience and Necessity for Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 21. As required previously with the original Dual CCN application, TCEQ is requesting a letter of no objection from the City of Pearland consenting to the Amendment of the Dual Certification.
