A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, CONSENTING TO AN APPLICATION FOR DUAL
CERTIFICATION ASSOCIATED WITH THE CERTIFICATE OF
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY FOR BRAZORIA COUNTY MUNICIPAL
UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 21.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby consents to the application for dual
certification, as depicted in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, associated with the Certificate of
Convenience and Necessity for Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 21.

Amendment to Dual Certificate of Convenience and Necessity
Dear Mr. Mueller,
We are in the process of preparing an application to amend the District's Dual CCN with the City of
Pearland to add an 18.67-acre tract to the current CCN area. As required previously with the original
Dual CCN application, TCEQ is requesting a letter of no objection from the City of Pearland
consenting to the Amendment of the Dual Certification. I have enclosed an exhibit of the 18.67-acre
tract for your review.
