(DAP), ACCEPTING THE FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE PERIOD

BE IT RESOLVED BY DAP BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Section 1. That the Development Authority of Pearland, TX hereby accepts
the Financial Report for the period ending September 30, 2017.
