A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas,
awarding a bid to the Pearland Reporter News as the official newspaper
of record for publishing City legal notices, at the price of $3.00 per
column inch, for the period of August 14, 2017 to August 13, 2018.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City solicited bids for the Official Newspaper of Record in the
City.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards a bid to the Pearland Reporter
News, at the rate of $3.00 per column inch of legal advertisements.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with the Pearland Reporter News.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 14th day of August, A.D., 2017.
