A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, rescinding
a contract with Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation for design services
associated with Surface Plant Package No. 3.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That certain contract by and between the City of Pearland and
Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation, previously approved on April 24, 2017 as R2017-81, is
hereby rescinded.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 7th day of August,
A.D., 2017.
