R2017-69 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, approving the purchase of a restroom building through the TASB Buyboard, from Restroom Facilities Ltd., in the amount of $274,284.00 for the Independence Park Project, Phase 1. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: Section 1. That contract pricing for the purchase of a restroom building has been obtained through the TASB Buyboard Program. Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards a contract to Restroom Facilities Ltd., in the total amount of $274,284.00. Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a contract for a restroom building. PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 10th day of April, A.D., 2017.
