A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas,
directing staff to prepare service plans for the proposed annexation
of approximately 212.174 acres located in the city's extraterritorial
jurisdiction (Proposed Massey Oaks Development).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby directs staff to prepare service plans for
the proposed annexation of the areas more particularly depicted in Exhibits "A",
attached hereto.
