A Resolution of The City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing
the City Manager or his designee to participate in an interlocal cooperative
pricing arrangement with the The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN)
for the purchase of an Access Control System for the City Hall Complex
Project, from Convergint Technologies, in the estimated amount of
$56,706.95.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That contract pricing has been obtained through interlocal cooperative partner
TCPN for the purchase of an Access Control System for the City Hall Complex Project.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to participate in an
interlocal cooperative pricing arrangement with the TCPN for the purchase of an Access Control
System in the estimated amount of $56,706.95.
