Attn:
Mr. James W. Keller, P.E. ·
Senior Project Manager
Subject: Inspection Services for Yost Boulevard From FM 518 to Clear Creek
Dear Mr. Keller
ESPA CORP is pleased to submit this proposal to provide Construction Inspection Services.
Our staff of professional engineers, project managers, construction administrators, inspectors
and support personnel totals thirty-seven individuals who take pride in their work. We are
dedicated to maintaining a standard of professionalism and quality of work that merits some
of our clients continuously awarding us with contracts since 1981.
Our proposed fee to inspect the above mentioned project is $141,538.00 which is
approximately 3.6 percent of the construction cost and is detailed in the enclosed proposal.
The City can realize significant savings by utilizing our services for more than one project.
To maximize the efficiency of our knowledgeable and experienced personnel and to realize
the benefits of economies of scale, we recommend issuing an additional project to be
inspected concurrently with the proposed.
We eagerly await the opportunity to support Turner Collie & Braden and the City of
Pearland's Mobility and Drainage Program. And we are confident in our ability to provide the
level of services you would expect.
Again, thank you for your time and consideration and we look forward to ESPA being a part
of your team. If you agree with the scope of work and fee we have outlined in the material
enclosed, please forward the appropriate contract for signature. If you have any questions,
or if you would like more information, please do not hesitate to call me at 713-680-0080.
